Throughout my career in senior management I have project managed in publishing, a challenging industry, focussed on delivering profits and high standards. During the last three and a half years I have accelerated a regional brand to a national brand across the UK, working across multi disciplined teams. How? I delivered the strategic objectives through tangible tactics, developed measurable KPIs and Scorecards to ensure that the track remained solid and progression was made.
